Coriander Seeds

Coriander seeds are the dried fruits of the coriander plant. They are small, round and generally light brown to golden in colour, with a warm and distinctive aromatic character. Unlike fresh coriander leaves, the seeds have a noticeably different flavour profile. They provide mild citrus notes combined with warm, earthy and slightly sweet spice characteristics.
