Quality control built around documented verification

From incoming-lot checks to independent laboratory analysis and shipment documentation, our quality process is designed to keep every order aligned with the agreed specification.

Quality process

How we control each shipment

A practical control flow from sourcing and intake through release and export documentation.

Source review

Suppliers and available origin information are reviewed against the product and buyer requirements before an order moves forward.

Incoming inspection

Lots are checked for identity, appearance, foreign matter, moisture targets and supporting documentation before processing or packing.

Product specification

The required grade, purity, moisture, packing format and buyer-specific parameters are documented for the order.

Laboratory verification

Required physical, chemical and microbiological tests can be carried out through qualified third-party laboratories according to the shipment specification.

Documentation control

Analysis results and required export documents are checked against the shipment file before release.

Traceability

Product, supplier, lot and shipment references are recorded so the commercial and quality history can be followed when required.

Testing

Testing selected to match the buyer specification

The exact panel depends on the product, destination and buyer requirements. Tests can be arranged through third-party laboratories as required.
